Questions about plans and billing
Is the site free to use?
Yes. The free plan works with or without an account; a paid plan adds what its card lists.
What does the ad-free membership give?
While your plan runs, you get what its card lists (for an ad-free plan: no ads on any page while you are signed in).
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards through Stripe, PayPal and — for payments in Indian rupees — UPI, cards and net banking through PayU, PhonePe or Razorpay, and UPI straight to our UPI ID. The checkout shows the methods available for your currency.
Can I pay with UPI, PayU or PhonePe?
Yes, in Indian rupees. You pay for one month or one year at a time; nothing is taken from your account by itself. We e-mail you 7 days and 1 day before your plan ends with a “Renew now” link. If you do not renew, your plan keeps working for a few more days, then your account moves to the Free plan — nothing is deleted. A manual UPI payment starts once we have checked it.
Do prices include GST?
The note under the plans says how GST works for rupee prices on this site. Every payment gets a GST tax invoice in Account → Billing; enter your GSTIN at checkout to get a B2B invoice.
How do I cancel?
Open Account → Billing and choose Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume it until then. Nothing renews after that.
What is a lifetime deal?
One payment instead of a subscription: you keep the plan for as long as the service runs, with no renewals. Some deals are limited to a number of buyers.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Choose the new plan on this page. Once the new payment goes through, your previous subscription ends straight away; time left on it is not refunded, so switching near the end of a period is best.
Do you send invoices?
Every payment has a receipt in Account → Billing that you can print or save as PDF, and we e-mail you when a payment succeeds or fails.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan stays active for a few days while your payment provider tries again. Update your card or payment method in that time to keep your plan; otherwise your account moves to the Free plan — nothing is deleted.
What about the plan with custom pricing?
Choose “Contact us to subscribe” on that plan and tell us what you need. We reply with a quote and set the plan up for you.
